Happy New Year to all our users,
We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to what 2025 has in store.
To help you start the year smoothly, we’ve already downloaded the 2025 RPN’s and prepared the 2025 calendars for you. While the calendars seamlessly carry over from 2024, we encourage you to take a moment to review and ensure all dates are set to your preferences.
Below, you’ll find a few helpful items to get the year off to a great start.

Minimum Wage
The minimum wage for employees age 20 and over will increase on the 1st January 2025 from €12.70 to €13.50. For full details click here.
If you need to update an employees wage rate in Parolla you can do so under Employees, Employments > edit role.

Employee Year End Statements
Preliminary End of Year Statements for 2024 will be made available to all employees after 15th January 2025 via the employees MyAccount profile.
Any amendments to 2024 figures must be made before the 15th January 2025.
Company Vehicles
The BIK applied to company vehicles must be reviewed and reset annually. A new vehicle tax year profile needs to be created for 2025 for each vehicle – our guide shows you how.
Unused Leave
The intent of the Organisation of Working Time Act is that employees take their annual leave within the leave year. Employees can carry over unused statutory leave but it must typically be used within 6 months of the new leave year. You can view leave balances in Parolla under the leave tab of the Employees profile.
As always, if you have any questions, just drop us a message via the chat box – we’re here to help.
Our blog entitled preparing for 2025 gives you further information on the above topics
Wishing you all the best for the year ahead.
