Our regular business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, the nature of software development is that we tend to work at all sorts of strange hours. We also understand that payroll is a time sensitive industry. People need to be paid on time and bank file uploads have cut-off deadlines! Not paying your employees on time is generally bad for company morale.
