About QuickBooks
QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed and marketed by Intuit. QuickBooks products are geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses and offer on-premises accounting applications as well as cloud-based versions that accept business payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions.
Connecting to QuickBooks
Connecting is a straightforward process. From Parolla you will initiate a request to QuickBooks. There you authenticate, and choose the desired company. You will be shown what information will be shared and can select to confirm the connection.
Map your Chart of Accounts
Map your Parolla Journals to your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts.
There is a default setup button that configures both systems. But the mapping process is flexible enough to allow very specific company configurations.
You can also apply mapping rules, where special cases can be mapped to different accounts in QuickBooks.
Post Pay Runs to QuickBooks
That's it, now you can post any of your processed pay runs directly into your QuickBooks accounting system as Manual Journal Entries!
